Delivery Time
We offer nationwide delivery within 7 to 11 business days.  
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Please note: Business days are Monday - Friday. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.  
Free Shipping available on orders over R699.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa.  
If your area is remote, delivery may take 1-2 extra days.

Order Issues
- Wrong Address: Please double-check your details at checkout. We’re not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
- Lost/Damaged Parcels: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll sort it out ASAP.
- Delays: Occasionally couriers may experience delays due to weather, strikes, or high volume. We’ll keep you updated.
